how to display country name with wordpress posts instead of category?

Dear all I have a wordpress website with the name of www.elections.af. Now the problem here it is that in the home page I want to display the country name of that specific user who posted a post in the website. I already provided a country select option when the user is going to publish the post. But when the user select the country it doesn't appear along with the post. Can somebody show me the way how to do this or which plugin to use this.

Note: I am already using wordpress creation kit pro for custom fields and metaboxes.
